Need a new quick, easy recipe for cooked chicken, got a good one?

I cooked about 2 lbs of chicken fingers yesterday and have more than 1/2 left over. I spiced them with house seasoning and italian herbs, so chicken enchiladas are out. I need it to serve 6. Any ideas?Need a new quick, easy recipe for cooked chicken, got a good one?
Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches. All you need is tomato sauce, mozzeralla and hoagie loafs. Put the chicken in the sauce, heat up. Spoon mixture into bread and top with cheese. It is great!Need a new quick, easy recipe for cooked chicken, got a good one?
Cook 1 pound of Rotini pasta, drain. Dice chicken and toss with Italian dressing in the pasta. Sprinle with Parmeasan cheese. Make some garlic bread, and your ready for a great meal!
Shred the chicken and put on toasted french bread for sandwiches. You can add marinara sauce or salsa, cheese, olives or whatever.
Cook it in the slow cooker and pour a can or 2 of tamoato soup in there and som patatoes or any other kind of vegtable you want and you dont have to do anything but through it all in there!
Cut into bite size pieces and then add it to a box of any shaped noodle that has been cooked and not rinsed but drained. Add chopped: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, black olives, artichokes, red and green bell pepper and a bottle of italian dressing.
