Looking for a good romantic chicken recipe to cook for me and my gf...?

I prefer to grill it but need ideas for a chicken marinade or rub to put on it. Also types of side dishes to go with it. Nothing too spicy either. Anyone got any ideas please let me know. ThanksLooking for a good romantic chicken recipe to cook for me and my gf...?
I hope this helps

MARINATED GRILLED CHICKEN

1 1/2 cups chili sauce

3/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon liquid smoke

2 teaspoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons dried onion flakes

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed

Combine all ingredients. Pour over chicken breasts. Cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator (1-2 hours). Cook chicken breasts on grill, using excess sauce to baste during first 10 minutes of cooking.

Cooks Safety Tip: Don't use the chicken marinade after the first 10 minutes of cooking - it contains raw chicken juice. If marinade is left unrefrigerated for over 10 minutes, discard.

Mmm...I do a nice Asian-inspired marinade for my grilled chicken. Chop some fresh garlic and ginger, add some soy sauce, A little Mirin or white wine, and some fresh, chopped parsley and chives. Let marinate for a few hours and grill. Along side, it's great with skewers of grilled pineapple chunks! (you can also cut up the chicken into chunks and have chicken/pineapple kebobs!) You can do all kinds of sides really, but what's great is wild rice, or steamed snow peas! Or just serve the chicken and pineapple with a tossed salad made of baby greens!
