Just put a square of butter and a little seasoning on the top of the steak, microwave very carefully as to not overcook the fish. Start with one minute... check it ... then cook more if needed. Yummy.Other than grill or pan fry.. is there any other nice recipes to cook tuna fish?

Line a baking dish with with aluminum foil. Put some Italian dressing on the bottom, place tuna steaks above the dressing, and cover steaks with dressing. Close foil on all sides and top making a ';foil pack'; and place in 450 degree pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil, and serve.Other than grill or pan fry.. is there any other nice recipes to cook tuna fish?
well when you say pan fry you do mean in an inch of oil correct?

if so try to reduce the oil to almost nothing, and simply sear the tuna, it seals in the moisture and in my opinion is the best way to eat tune next to sushi, if you dont like your tuna rare or med-rare then you can put it in the oven to finish cooking all the way thru. happy eating.
You can bake it.

You can cut it into chunks and use with vegetables in a stir fry in lieu of chicken.

I've even steamed it and ended up with a fair equivalent of canned tuna. I made croquettes out of it.
