tofu is really great if it is cooked right i like to buy the firm kind and marinate it for a few hours then grill it with zucchini red pepper and other great veggies

oh! I love tofu! Well you can do alot with tofu! Here is a dessert you can make it is surprisingly delisious!!!


It's called Tofu Mousse!


All you need is chocolate chips and tofu!!!!!! and a blender!


Just melt chocolate chips completly in the micrwave, then pour the melted chocolate chips and tofu in the blender until very smooth and creamy! Next, just take it out pur servings into bowls, top with whipped cream, and extra chocolate chips ( not melted ones) Last, ENJOYYY!!!!





For a meal you could:


Steam tofu on the stove, them you surround the tofu with lots of yummy veggies such as carrots, brocolli, and even calliflower!!!!!!! It's delish!





Lastly, You could just eat plain tofu with soy sauce its actually pretty good!!!
