Here's a simple recipe that tastes good and can be prepared and served in less than an hour.

Tuna Fish Casserole:

2 cans Tuna Fish

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1/2 bag Ruffles Potato Chips (crush the chips into small bits size pieces)

Drain tuna (remove the lid part of the way and turn upside down over a sink allowing all the water to drain out of the can). Take a casserole dish (flat bottom, glass, dish that may be any shape) that is 8-10 inches across and layer tuna then soup then chips. Repeat the layers two more times and place in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes or until the tuna is a very pale pink and the top layer of chips are golden brown. Can you please share your simple cook recipe and how to cook it?

Chop up some mushrooms and peppers or onions and put them in a microwaveable bowl. Sprinkle on some Butter Buds, granulated garlic and some Konriko jalapeno seasoned salt or other seasoned salt. Cover and nuke for 5 minutes. Add 4 or 5 egg whites and stir with a fork. Return to microwave and nuke for 2-1/2 minutes. One-dish omelette. Eat from bowl. One dish and one fork to wash. Extremely low calorie and low fat and very tasty and filling. If you're a chees-a-holic like myself, you can add grated cheese to top after cooking eggs, and nuke for one more minute to melt cheese. You can eat with salsa on top for more excitement.
Peanut Butter, Jelly, Bread

Mix Well :P
Get frozen sole fillets, put a little butter, pepper and basil flakes on them and bake for ten minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with rice and a green vegetable or a salad, and lemon wedges.
Take two slices of bread. Put jelly on one, peanut butter on the other.

Put the slices of bread together, with the added ingredients on the inside.
Quick Spaghetti Sauce

Put a big pot of water on to boil for the spaghetti. While waiting for the water to boil, prepare the sauce:

Peel and chop one small or medium onion.

Put one pound of ground beef in a skillet. Add chopped onion.

Add season-all or seasoned salt.

Add pepper, if you want.

Brown the beef until liquid is gone. Or, brown to the level of doneness you prefer and drain.

Add one can diced tomatoes including juice. (You can get the kind that has oregano, basil and green chilis in it, or any other kind of diced tomatoes - I use a store brand).

Add one small or medium can of tomato sauce, depending on how thin you want the mixture.

Bring to simmer. Cover and heat on low about 20-30 minutes (less, depending on how hungry you are!).

While the sauce is simmering, dump a small box of spaghetti into the boiling water. (My water usually starts boiling just when I'm adding the tomato sauce to the meat.) Cook according to directions on package. Spaghetti and sace are done at the same time.

Drain the spaghetti, dump into the sauce and mix it. Or, you can leave the two separate and spoon the sauce over individual servings of spaghetti.

Serves four to six, depending on serving sizes.

NOTE: Making the sauce is cheaper than buying the pre-made bottles of spaghetti sauce, and it has more meat in it. One can of tomatoes is 50 cents or less, one can of tomato sauce is 25 to 50 cents, depending on size. The onions are around 55 cents to 75 cents per pound, depending on what kind and where you buy them. One small onion is less than 55 cents. One small box of store-brand spaghetti is 33 cents. Ground beef varies in price depending on what kind (round, chuck, etc.) and where you buy it. (I buy from a meat market, which currently has a ';buy one pound, get one pound free'; sale.) 99 cents for ground beef. Total cost of complete meal = $2.60 to $2.75. (Spaghetti, tomatoes, sauce, onions, beef.)

Also Note: The sauce mixture can be used with noodles or rice, too, for a different meal than spaghetti.
Here is something really easy and quick to fix as a side item... (My family loves them)

1 Package of frozen potato yams (round sweet potatoes, usually found in meat or freezer section of local grocery store)

1 stick butter

1 small package of chopped pecans

3/4 cup brown sugar

Cinnamon to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen yams in pan and set to the side (I recommend spraying pan with Pam non-stick spray beforehand).

In a small pot, melt butter... once melted, mix brown sugar and cinnamon until mixture is smooth. Add chopped pecans and mix well. Spoon this mixture evenly over the top of yams and then cook for about 10-15 min. (time varies). Allow to cool a little before eating! Eat and enjoy!

This is my lazy way of enjoying the taste of sweet potato casserole with little effort!
