How do you cook Bonita fish? Can't find any recipes...?

This recipe is best for dark meat fish Tuna, Bonita, and yellowtail.





Cut the filets in 1-2 in strips. (Remove all of the blood line meat)


Brown the edges of the filets lightly in a large frying pan with butter.


Pour salsa over the top of them and let it cook till most liquid from the salsa is gone.

CUT IT REMOVE ALL UNWANTED PIECES.


FRY IN OLIVE OIL.


REMOVE WHEN FRIED.


MIX IT WITH DRY FRUITS.


ADD SALT TO TASTE.


ADD PEPPER TO TASTE.
