A dinner recipe to cook for my grandparents?

I'm going to cook dinner for my grandparents, uncle, and myself. I'm looking for something not very salty, since my grandfather always thinks things are too salty and something not too tough since my grandmother has dentures. Any Ideas? even if you don't have a recipe it would be fine just to post some ideas. Thank you.A dinner recipe to cook for my grandparents?
I think your grandparents would love a good baked chicken, mashed potatoes, soft rolls, and some sort of veggie... either fresh seasoned green beans or broccoli and cheese casserole.

Cheddar Garlic Chicken Breast-- http://www.recipezaar.com/82102

Mashed Potatoes

8-10 medium idaho russet potatoes

1/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons sour cream

1/2 cup blue bonnet margarine

salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Peel, cut up and boil potatoes until tender. Drain water and put potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add margarine, sour cream and milk.

Dinner Rolls-- http://www.recipezaar.com/57690

Make homemade vanilla ice cream and cooked cinnamon apples for dessert.

French Vanilla Ice Cream

2 large eggs

3/4 cup sugar

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 minute more. Pour in the cream, milk, and vanilla and whisk to blend. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer's instructions. Makes 1 Quart.

Buttery Cinnamon Skillet Apples

4 medium cooking apples

1/3 cup butter (no substitutions)

1/2-3/4 cup sugar

4 teaspoons cornstarch

1 1/2 cups water

1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Peel, core, and cut apples in half. In a skillet melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon; mix well then add in water. Add in the apples to the sauce; cover and cook over medium heat, occasionally spooning the sauce over the apples as they cook. Cook for 12-15 minutes until the apples are fork-tender and the sauce is thick. To serve: place two apple halves in a dish, and ladle approximately 1/2 cup butter/cinnamon sauce over each serving.

Transfer lettuce to a large bowl and top with chicken, tomatoes and croutons. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
How about a Shepards' pie, or a chicken pot pie, both of them can be delidious while watching the salt and are easy to eat. You could serve a first course of a nice green salad with avacado. Then the one dish meal, and then a dessert like an ice cream sundae.
stay away from recipes that include cans of soup since they all contain more sodium than we should have.
