we found grandam's old banana bread recipe that she used to bake in a coffee can on the stove top. we even found her old coffee can. but we don't know what to set it at or how long to bake it. the standard recipe we use in the oven goes in at 325 for 1:45. is there a way to convert this for stove top applications? im not sure...the only recipe that i have ever seen in which you cook banana bread in a coffee can you cook it in a crockpot (you place a liner in the base and the cover with 2 to 3 paper towels. Cover crockpot and cook on low 5 to 6 hours.)
