Any cool recipes without any veggies more of somthing easy to cook like fruit and meat?

Quick Chicken Divan








2 (10-ounce) packages frozen broccoli, thawed


2 cups chopped, fully-cooked chicken


1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup


1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup


1/2 cup sour cream


1 teaspoon lemon juice


1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese





1. Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C).


2. Place thawed broccoli in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Spread chopped, fully-cooked chicken over broccoli. Combine soups, sour cream and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Top with cheese.


3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly hot.








San Francisco Chicken





4 boneless chicken breasts


3 garlic cloves, minced


4 tablespoons soy sauce


3 tablespoons brown sugar


1 1/2 cups chicken broth


1 tablespoon cornstarch








1. Brown chicken breasts in a small amount of oil.


2. Remove from pan and add garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and 1 cup of the chicken broth.


3. Stir to mix and return chicken to pan and cover.


4. Simmer until the chicken is done (about 15 minutes).


5. Remove chicken from pan and add remaining half cup of broth which has been mixed with cornstarch.


6. Bring to a boil to thicken sauce and return chicken to the pan, coating it well.Any cool recipes without any veggies more of somthing easy to cook like fruit and meat?
Sweet and Sour Meatballs





INGREDIENTS:


1 pound lean ground beef


1 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon pepper


1 teaspoon soy sauce


1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained, syrup reserved


1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles with juice


1 tablespoon cornstarch


PREPARATION:


Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and soy sauce and shape into 1-inch meatballs. Brown meatballs in oil in skillet over medium low heat. Add green and red bell pepper and onion; cook until tender.


Mix the pineapple syrup, sweet pickles with juice and cornstarch; add to skillet. Cook and stir until sauce thickens and becomes clear. Add the pineapple tidbits; cover and cook sweet and sour meatballs for about 3 minutes or until heated through. Serves 4.
I like egg salad sandwichtes, hard boil eggs, peel, chop up and then add a little bit of mayo. Put it on bread and voila!
When I was growing up my great grandmother (from Germany) would make noodles, then pour applesauce over them. It's very good!
California Apricot-Mustard Grilled Pork Tenderloin


1 pork tenderloin, about a pound


3 tablespoons California apricot preserves


5 tablespoons honey mustard





Serves: 4





Season tenderloin with salt and pepper. In a small bowl stir together


the preserves and mustard. Grill pork over a medium-hot fire,


brushing with mustard mixture frequently, turning once or twice, until


just done, about 15 minutes.

Maple-Baked Apple Chix


4 boneless chix brst


-1/2 med. onion, sliced


-2 med red cooking apples, sliced ( cut into 1/8 tad smaller than


quatered apples)


-1/2 cup maple flavored syrup/honey


-1/3 cup kraft Zesty Italian dressing





-preheat oven to 350f. Spray nonstick oven proof skillet.


-Heat up pan add chix and lightly brown on both sides and remove from


heat.


-place onion on top of chix, apples around chix and mix: syrup and


dressing and pour over chix. Bake

Do you mind using a grill? If yes, then get a take out or use a hot food bar at your grocery store. If not, then grill some chicken or pork chop. Both go well with apple or cranberry sauce.
