Yes. But you can't use the assist system to make anything.





I was able to use a herblore boost potion for the quest ';A Fairy Tale Part II'; and an agility potion for the quest ';Grim Tales';





You can use any boost to get your level up to do the quest, as long as you don't use the assist system to complete the task
