Can any of you help me please ---I lost my recipe for cooking my turkey in the NESCO (electric roaster)--- have any of you done it???I have looked online but only find vag info like temp %26amp; time the one I have used in the past involved using the browning sauce --- but I am open to suggestions...Lost recipe for cooking turkey in NESCO apliance...?
I am using one now-I also lost the instrutions lol.I put mine on at 7:30 this morning at 325 degrees and I have been basting it every 30 mins.It is almost done and we can eat on time!!!Good luck and Happy Holidays.
