Can someone recommend a yummy ';no-cook'; fruit salad recipe? How can I keep the fruits from turning brown?

any citrus will work...s o does lime.








Honey Lime Fruit Toss





1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, reserve juice


1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained


1 kiwi, peeled, halved, and sliced


1 cup quartered strawberries


1 large banana, sliced


录 tsp. grated lime peel


2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice


1 Tbsp. honey





Gently stir fruit in large bowl. In small bowl, combine lime peel, lime juice, and honey to make dressing. Pour dressing over fruit and toss. Chill until ready to serve.

Fruit salads are almost never cooked.


Yes, lemon juice is the trick, but only necessary for those fruits susceptible to browning, namely bananas, pears and apples. Citrus fruits, grapes, peaches, nectarines, kiwi fruit, apricots are no problem.


Fruit salad doesn't need a dressing, but if you like it sweeter you can add either heavy cream mixed with a bit of sugar, to taste. You can buy at the supermarket a product called ';Fruit Fresh'; Wont let the stuff turn brown and is tasteless
Just mix friut in a little lemon jiuce
squeeze fresh lime juice on them as soon as you cut them.
pour lemon juice on it, no lie! It is like the spick and span it is amazing.
